Information collected

LENS collects the information you submit, including name, email, festival date, photograph reference, electronic signature, consent choices, guardian information, ratings, stories, and coverage requests.

How it is used

Information is used to locate festival images, manage gallery alerts, document permissions, fulfill requests and purchases, moderate stories, improve the experience, and send optional marketing only when selected.

Choice and separation

A gallery-ready alert is separate from ongoing marketing. Promotional image permission is also separate. Optional boxes are not required to locate or purchase photographs.

Children

Children should not submit information directly. A parent or legal guardian must complete the form for a minor.

Retention and protection

LENS keeps consent records as needed to document permissions and keeps other information only as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your requests

You may ask to correct contact information, stop optional marketing, or withdraw future optional promotional use. Requests will be verified before changes are made.
